Our Process

Includes

  1. Sample Collection :We advocate the use of chemical-free fertilizers and rational pesticide management. We collect samples of natural ingredients and use them for pest control. These bio-pesticides work in a non-toxic manner and protect the crops from getting destroyed.
  2. Residue Testing - As per the FSSAI, it is mandatory for all the food commodities in the retail market to be tested for synthetic pesticide residue. Following the mandate, a sample from each batch is tested, generating a maximum residue report.
  3. Assemblage - Once the samples clear the residue test, the crops are assembled for further processing.
  4. Value Addition - The produce is then sent separately for milling taking into account that they are labeled and stored properly so that no harm is caused.
  5. Storing and Cleaning - After the products have been milled, they are separated, cleaned, processed and grading according to the quality.
  6. Packing and Dispatching - We are a 100% organic company, and we pack our crops in cotton reusable shopping bags which are then dispatched to the retail outlets.
